This analysis identified 18 distinct savings initiatives across approximately $150M of high impact spend, suitable for either direct negotiation or strategic sourcing. A prioritised 12-month savings program was developed over three distinct waves to enable an estimated $4.1M-$8.1M in financial benefits for our client.

A global (IFM) provider engaged Amplify to support a significant tender response for a national defence contract covering IFM and people services across all Australian defence sites. Amplify was responsible for the identification and engagement of exclusive supply partners to strengthen the proposal's commercial position. Amplify led complex scenario modelling for land management services assessing "make vs buy" to determine optimal value proposition of self-delivery vs subcontracting. This evaluation identified ~$8M savings, which was subsequently integrated into the final bid. Additionally, Amplify assisted in populating the tender response schedules for a compliant submission.

A prioritised renewal roadmap was developed leading to Amplify managing direct supplier negotiations for 3 major service agreements to improve commercial terms, maintain discounts, and embed risk-based contract structures.? The team achieved $384k in cost avoidance, assigned orphaned contracts, and uplifted procurement templates in the process.

Following on from a contract governance project, a major state Government department re-engaged Amplify to develop nine Statements of Requirements (SoRs) for ~$150M of ICT contracts as part of preparing to go to market. The scope covered diverse ICT delivery models across hardware, software, and services. Amplify analysed contract and performance data and led multi-agency workshops to surface pain points, risks, and unmet needs, establishing requirements where no baseline previously existed. The engagement supported informed decision-making on legacy systems and enabled targeted procurement strategy advice to optimise efficiency and risk outcomes. The resulting, evaluation-ready, SoRs aligned with procurement and probity frameworks, reduced ambiguity, accelerated time-to-market and mitigated delivery risk.
